PLEASE NOTE:
All claims should be reported to your broker as soon as possible after the loss. Your broker knows your policy and can answer your questions. All theft and vandalism claims must be reported to the Police.

For your convenience, you can print out the Automotive Claim Form or the Homeowner Claim Form and FAX it to your broker, or , to our office at 1-519-352-9095. You can also fill out the Online Report found at the above links.

Property Loss – What To Do

If you feel you have a possible loss which is covered by your policy the following steps should be taken as soon as possible:

  1. Contact your Agent or Broker or our Office. An adjuster will be assigned at the earliest opportunity. A prompt and fair loss adjustment is made easier when the damages are seen before repairs are begun.
  2. If the loss is due to theft, burglary, robbery, vandalism or malicious acts, you should give immediate notice to the police or other authorities having jurisdiction.
