We the Directors, Management and Staff of Kent & Essex Mutual Insurance Company are proud to be a part of the insurance industry, and we are proud of the professionalism we strive to display in each interaction with people from both within and outside our industry.

We are committed to a strict obligation of providing the best possible service to our Policyholders, Brokers, Claimants and others with whom we come in contact, while always keeping in mind the best interests of all our insureds.

We believe that all our interactions must be fair and honest. We pledge to avoid any false, misleading or misrepresentation of our policies or our services. In all circumstances, our primary concern will be for the interests of all those insured with us, without thought to our own personal interest or gain.

We value our place in the community and recognize our responsibilities as good corporate citizens.

We support the concept of ” utmost good faith ” in all insurance matters and support the ethical concepts and practices of all insurance trade associations.
